Show the movement, not just the damage
Open and close the door or drawer in a short video if it is safe to do so. Show where it sticks, whether it hangs unevenly and any loose hardware. Include the surrounding cabinet or frame so the provider can distinguish a fitting problem from damage to the furniture itself.
Check what can be adjusted
A loose handle, a misaligned cupboard hinge and a damaged drawer runner are different jobs. The provider may be able to adjust existing fittings or may need replacement parts. Send photos of any labels or part numbers; matching the original hardware can matter.
A room-by-room list for your Kadıköy flat
